Jesse Ifrah, LNHA, is the Northern Regional Director of Operations at Atlas Healthcare Group, where he oversees business development and census building, financial reimbursement, regulatory compliance, labor management, and all facility operations. A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by trade, with over a decade of experience in the Long Term Care industry, Jesse has been instrumental in driving the region’s profitability while maintaining his paramount focus on patient quality of care and customer service. He holds a Professional’s degree in Talmudic law from the Talmudical Yeshiva of Philadelphia and Beth Medrash Govoha, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Robin’s nursing journey began long before she attended nursing school. When her oldest daughter was born with a rare intestinal disease, Robin became her primary caregiver, managing years of TPN, G-tube feedings, an ileostomy, and intermittent IV antibiotics. This challenging yet rewarding experience ignited her passion for nursing, inspiring her to formalize her skills. Robin earned her Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and recently obtained certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant.

Her professional career started in the long-term care and subacute field, a path she discovered serendipitously but quickly grew to love. Just two years into her career, Robin was offered the position of Director of Nursing (DON) in a facility under Federal oversight—a challenging but formative experience that solidified her leadership abilities.

For eight years, Robin served as DON at a facility specializing in ventilator care, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. Under her leadership, the team achieved three deficiency-free surveys in this high-acuity setting—a testament to their commitment to excellence. This success led to Robin being invited to join the corporate arena, where she could leverage her expertise on a broader scale.

Robin firmly believes that greatness is achieved through teamwork. She is passionate about collaborating with healthcare professionals who are dedicated to enriching the lives of medically complex residents. She often cites Babe Ruth’s words as a guiding principle: “The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.”

Since joining Atlas Healthcare in 2021, Hillary Moss has been a vital part of the team, serving as the Regional Director of Clinical Services. With a nursing career spanning nearly two decades, beginning in 2004, Hillary brings extensive experience and an unwavering commitment to elevating patient care across diverse departments. Her role is pivotal in fostering collaboration and providing support to teams organization-wide, ensuring the delivery of clinical excellence at every level.

Beyond her professional achievements, Hillary is a devoted mother to two wonderful daughters and cherishes time spent with her family, including her beloved dogs.

Nicole Buckley, a proud South Jersey native, joined Atlas Healthcare in April 2022. With a background as a Nurse Case Manager and Certified Benefits Specialist, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director of Case Management.

Nicole and her team focus on enhancing patient care quality, satisfaction, and healthcare outcomes by developing and integrating strategic initiatives. They ensure patients receive appropriate, cost-effective care by managing and overseeing the utilization review process.

In addition to leading case management efforts, Nicole serves as a liaison for Atlas facilities with managed care insurers, analytics providers, vendors, ACOs, and bundled payment conveners. Her team conducts initial and ongoing medical reviews, prioritizing positive outcomes for all residents, particularly those in skilled care stays.

Outside of work, Nicole is actively engaged in her community as a member of Evesham’s Disability and Veterans Affairs Advisory Board. She enjoys playing golf, visiting the beach, sipping wine, and passionately rooting for the Dallas Cowboys (while rooting against the Giants).

Dana Moore is a seasoned healthcare professional with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University, specializing in Gerontology and Neurology. Over the past 15 years, she has built extensive expertise in acute and subacute rehabilitation, as well as hospital-based patient care. Her dedication to helping patients achieve better outcomes led her to transition into clinical case management, where she rose to become the Regional Associate Director of Case Management at Atlas Healthcare Group.

In her current role, Dana leverages her deep clinical knowledge to enhance patient care strategies and improve outcomes across diverse populations. Passionate about data-driven decision-making, she excels at collecting and analyzing data to optimize operational processes and drive meaningful results.

Outside of her professional life, Dana cherishes spending time with her family. She finds joy in summer days, music, pyrography, and hands-on DIY projects, channeling her creativity and passion into her hobbies.

With over 21 years in the healthcare industry, Rebecca Ramos brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of both admissions and business office operations. Her impressive tenure includes a decade of admissions leadership and 11 years specializing in business office management. This dual expertise empowers her to drive operational excellence across all facets of facility administration.

As Regional Director of Business Office Managers, Rebecca is known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership. She excels in managing payer relationships, optimizing reimbursement processes, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple healthcare facilities. Her approach blends financial acumen with a passion for process improvement, leading to measurable gains in efficiency and performance.

Rebecca’s strong grasp of compliance and her ability to navigate complex payer systems have earned her a reputation as a trusted leader and mentor. She continues to champion collaboration, innovation, and results-driven solutions tailored to the evolving demands of the healthcare sector.

Frances Dono is the Regional Director of Business Development, bringing years of experience and a deep-seated passion for healthcare to her role. Her journey in the industry was inspired by her mother, a dedicated nurse, sparking an early appreciation for the vital role healthcare plays in improving lives. Over the years, Frances has earned a reputation for being a passionate and hardworking leader, known for her unwavering positivity and her ability to connect with people on a meaningful level.

Nicole Montone is a highly accomplished sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the post-acute care industry. At Atlas Healthcare, Nicole has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, fostering industry partnerships, and aligning post-acute services to meet market needs.

Nicole’s career journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) while attending nursing school. She transitioned into nursing, case management, and admissions before discovering her passion for sales and marketing. Her diverse experience across clinical and operational roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of the post-acute care landscape and a unique ability to connect with clients and partners.

Known for her expertise in network development, census growth, and relationship building, Nicole leverages her background to lead Atlas’s sales strategy and contribute to business development. Her leadership continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing Atlas Healthcare’s presence and impact in the industry.

Avi joined Atlas Healthcare in 2024 and manages the broad array of the company’s transactions, from acquisitions and refinances to construction and development. He focuses on optimizing efficient deal flow of all company transactions, serving as the liaison between various departments, and facilitating the execution of all portfolio needs.

Prior to joining Atlas, Avi was a Senior Vice President at Metropolitan Commercial Bank where he focused exclusively on healthcare and middle-market business transactions in which he facilitated the origination, deal structuring, and underwriting of the bank’s commercial loans.

Avi holds a masters in business from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
