Phil Bak co-directs operations at three Atlas skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities and manages external relations. He previously served as Regional Director of Operations for one of the state’s largest operators during a time of rapid expansion, where he maintained a Five-Star CMS rating in all five facilities in his assigned region.

Phil brings a hands-on, resident-centered approach to Atlas, as well as background in healthcare administration, admissions, staffing, and human resources.
