Nicole Buckley is a South Jersey native who joined Atlas Healthcare in April 2022. With her professional background as a Nurse Case Manager and a Certified Benefits Specialist, she brings a wealth of expertise to her current role as Atlas Director of Case Management. She and her team develop and integrate strategies to enhance the quality of care for patients. Together with her team, she ensures that patients receive proper care in a cost-effective manner by managing and overseeing the Utilization Review process.Nicole supports the Atlas portfolio facilities as liaison to Managed Care Insurers, analytic providers, vendors, ACO’s and bundle conveners. She and her team conduct initial and concurrent medical reviews focusing on positive outcomes for all of our residents with a special focus on those residing on a skilled stay.
