Mark Sonnenschein joined Atlas in 2019 to oversee the company’s real estate transactions, drive business growth, and identify new investment prospects and markets. He is responsible for research and lead development, proposal preparation, prospective business partner outreach, and brand marketing.
Mark brings more than a decade of investment experience in healthcare properties, commercial real estate, industrial office space, and multi-family dwellings – with each financing project ranging from $5 million to $50 million. In addition to investing in multiple senior care and adult services businesses, Mark previously founded a children’s learning center, which has grown from one to eight locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
