Mark Gottlieb, directs the day-to-day operations of the company’s 5 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, the Independent Living, and handles internal relations. He previously served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers managed by one of the state’s largest operators. During that time, he led and directed all operational aspects – including staffing, finances, and marketing – and successfully earned and maintained a Five Star CMS rating in each of the four facilities he managed. He holds licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mark has been an LNHA since 2015. Under the Marquis umbrella, Mark was placed at either a newly acquired troubled or a current facility needing a complete turnaround. Noted success outcomes, all four facilities have earned and maintained a five-star CMS rating. Successful survey outcomes with the highest level deficiency a scope/severity of a “D” level. Census building on all four facilities brought to and maintained above 90% occupancy with a case mix of at least 25% or higher.
